What this covers

This policy applies to evaluatemytitle.com. The service is operated by Carpathian. If anything here is unclear, email info@carpathian.ai and we will explain it.

What we collect

When you create an account we store your name, username, email address and a hashed version of your password. We never store the password itself.

When you run an evaluation we store a count of how many you have used this month, so we can apply your plan allowance. We also keep access logs containing your IP address, browser and approximate location, which we use for security and abuse prevention.

What we do with it

We use it to run your account, apply your plan allowance, answer your support messages, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except where it is needed to run the service or where the law requires it.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details go to Stripe directly and never reach our servers.

Analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, and Google AdSense to show ads that help keep the free tier free. Both run under Google's own privacy policy. The cookie banner lets you decline, and your choice is stored in your browser.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information at any time. Email info@carpathian.ai and we will action it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version is posted on this page with a new date at the top.
