Agreeing to these terms

By using evaluatemytitle.com you agree to these terms. The service is operated by Carpathian. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

Using the service

Use the service lawfully. You are responsible for what you submit and for what you do with the output. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, work around plan limits, or access accounts that are not yours.

Your account

Give accurate details when you register, and keep your password to yourself. Tell us at info@carpathian.ai if you think someone else has access to your account.

Plans and billing

Free accounts include a monthly allowance of evaluations. Paid plans raise that allowance and are billed monthly through Stripe. Unused allowance does not carry over. You can cancel at any time from your upgrade page, and you keep your plan until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

The output

Scores and suggestions are generated by an AI model. Treat them as input to your own judgement rather than a guarantee of performance. You own what you write, and we make no claim over the titles you submit or the suggestions you use.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running and available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Carpathian is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

Ending access

We may suspend or end access to the service where these terms are broken or where an account is being used to harm the service or other people.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the updated version is posted on this page with a new date at the top. Continuing to use the service means the updated terms apply.
